Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early Commencement and Loss of Withdrawal Right

If you have requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period and have given your express consent, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

To the extent that the subject of the contract is the provision of digital content (rather than a service), the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) once the entrepreneur has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has expressly consented to the entrepreneur beginning performance before expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed awareness that consent results in loss of the right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.

Note: The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and only began performing the service after you gave your express consent and simultaneously acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.

Note: For digital subscriptions billed through the App Store or Google Play, the right of withdrawal applies to the respective store operator. Please contact Apple or Google directly for refunds.
